The Devils Are Afraid

Dear Friend,

My prayer is that this letter finds you well with the world being in this turmoil. I feel really bad for people who are engulfed in fear, uncertainty, and confusion. Having Jesus has made such a big difference in my life. I wish that these people can also see His strength, His love, and His mercy.

It’s not too late for anyone to say, “Jesus, I need You. Forgive me. Come and be my Lord. Come dwell in my house.” Amen.

Sadly, the world mocks Jesus, and it’s apparent that the Gospel has been watered down. People seem to have forgotten what Jesus has done for us all. He isn’t weak. Love is a strength that destroyed the chains of darkness when He chose to die for us. We have so much to be grateful for.

I love how Mark 4:39 says: And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. Let’s speak to this storm—COVID 19, be still. Proceed no farther. Lord, strengthen Your people. You are greater than anything Satan has to offer. Jesus, thank You for Your love and mercy.

The world doesn’t believe God or His Word. If I was going to be afraid—which I’m not, glory to God—it would be at the total lack of reverence shown for our Heavenly Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. It amazes me how people treat one another. A spirit of fear and rage seems to have been unleashed over our nation. I understand that the spirit of the world rejects God, but do not be deceived: Satan fears God. Glory to God! James 2:19 says: Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

There are times when I think about the days I was deceived into thinking Satan was my friend. I thank God I came out of that. I believe a lot of people are under the influence of a really bad spirit. Galatians 3:1 says: O foolish Galatians,—I’m changing that to ‘O foolish Americans’—who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?

I want to encourage you to pray for the lost, the hurting, and the fearful. We need to unite as Americans and Christians. Let’s put the devil in his place. Forgive and let go of things that will eventually destroy us. I’m thankful that we have a president who brought the Bible back and that his staff prays. I’m thankful that we have a governor who loves God. We must not be moved by what we see. Be moved by what God has to say about it.

Romans 16:20 says: And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen. I’m smiling because we have a great God, and He will always protect and love us.

In His love,

Donner Roberson
