Lively Hope

Dear Friend,

First Peter 1:3 says: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. The provision the Lord has made for us is amazing. We don’t have to live in fear or be scared because He truly holds our future and He made sure we could spend eternity with Him.

John 17:1,2 says:

These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:

As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.

Can you imagine how dumb Satan felt when he failed in his mission to destroy Jesus? Not only did he fail, but Jesus made a way for us. Hallelujah!!

Yes, we can enjoy the true meaning of Easter. Please make sure you share the Resurrection with your children and grandchildren. The most important thing we can give our children is the truth—how Jesus lived and died for us—and the hope we have because of what He did. The victory in Ephesians 1:19-23 says:

And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,

Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

Praise God! Are we blessed? Yes! Jesus did it all, amen. We can do all things through Him. He is worthy of our worship, our praise, and our love.

Don’t ever let go of what Jesus has done for you. He has defeated Satan! Glory to God.

In His love,

Donner Roberson
