Don’t Be Weary

Dear Friend,

2018 is upon us! Happy New Year!! I have great expectations for this year. The Lord has been faithful through all things. His grace is what carried me through.

Some of you had a very difficult 2017 over one thing or another. For me, the loss of my daughter was very hard, however, I still marvel at the peace that came in knowing she made it to Heaven. Praise God I’ll see her again.

There have been so many wonderful things the Lord has done for us all, amen. I would like to encourage you to bask in His love, to trust Him no matter how dark the enemy tries to make things look. I believe Jesus when He says in Luke 12:32: Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

We have an awesome Father. The devil would love to destroy our confidence in God, but we can’t let him do that. Galatians 6:9 says: And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. God is doing everything He can to draw us closer to Him. This year, I’m believing we will have a major breakthrough.

I love Psalm 91, especially verses 14-16 which say:

Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.

He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

There are so many benefits for us from God’s love. Amen.

I think the hardest thing that I had to learn to believe was how much God loves me. I think that’s difficult for a lot of people to believe.

This year, I hope you will join me in pursuing our Lord and letting Him know how much we love Him. For 2018, let’s trust Him completely. We don’t want to do anything that will stop, block, or hinder Him. My prayer is that we can fully come into the Presence of our Father with all confidence and receive His great joy for us like Zephaniah 3:17 says: The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

I am thrilled to know that the Lord sings over me! He sings over you too! Hallelujah! We are so blessed and loved. Let’s stay strong and confident in our Lord.

In His love,

Donner Roberson
