Praying Moms

Dear Friend,

There are so many kinds of moms, spiritual moms, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers. The greatest thing a mom can do is to pray for her children, and that includes praying for children who don’t have a Christian mom. There are a lot of lost and forgotten children out there. It’s heartbreaking to see the violence and abuse that many children go through. Jesus loves the children. Matthew 19:14 says: But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

Sometimes it’s hard to believe how much our Father loves us. He gave His only begotten Son for us, and I am so grateful to Him for that.

I also appreciate all the prayer warriors who refuse to give up praying and standing on God’s Word. Galatians 4:19 says: My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you. Amen. First John 3:18 says: My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.

Please keep praying for the lost and deceived souls. Satan has deceived so many people into believing in “sloppy grace.” First John 4:1 says: Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Our Father warns us about false teachers and false doctrine because He loves us, not because He is mean.

Second John 1-4 says:

The elder unto the elect lady and her children, whom I love in the truth; and not I only, but also all they that have known the truth;

For the truth’s sake, which dwelleth in us, and shall be with us for ever.

Grace be with you, mercy, and peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.

I rejoiced greatly that I found of thy children walking in truth, as we have received a commandment from the Father.

Glory to God! I love and appreciate everything He has done for us. I encourage all of you moms—it’s never too late to be an awesome light for children.

Proverbs 22:6 says: Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. I wish I had started out my life as a Christian and had raised my children from the beginning in a Christian home. But, because I didn’t, when I did receive Jesus, I repented to all my children for not having been a good light, and I thank Jesus daily for saving my children. Amen.

God bless all of you wonderful, praying moms. You’re a blessing, and you are very much appreciated. This includes all of you spiritual moms too! Have a beautiful and happy Mother’s Day. Amen.

In His love,

Donner Roberson
