Dear Friend,

As Christians, having our prayers answered is in the heart of every one of us. I believe that lack of knowledge is one of the reasons we haven’t received our answers at times. Hosea 4:6 says: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.

God isn’t moved by need or begging. He is moved by our faith in His Word. He did everything He could do when He died in our place. First Peter 2:24 says: Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

If we want to get to a place where we can become unshakeable, we need to pray the way Jude 20 says: But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost. Then Jude 21 and 22 say:

Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

And of some have compassion, making a difference:

Amen. We can’t let ourselves fall into a trap that leaves us defenseless. I see so much strife and people passing judgment on others. Our Father is merciful, so we must do our best and give Him our best. Amen.

Psalm 44:21 says: Shall not God search this out? for he knoweth the secrets of the heart. More than anything, God wants us to succeed in Him. Second Corinthians 2:10,11 say:

To whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of Christ;

Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

Our Father, Jesus, and the sweet Holy Spirit will move Heaven and Earth to meet our needs if we dare to believe His Word. I know it’s not always easy, but if we let Jesus help us, the living Word will reign in our heart. Amen.
