Dear Friend,

We are very blessed to have our Heavenly Father. So many of us were raised without a good father image. That was a plan devised by Satan to tear down the family unit. We need more godly men to step up and mentor fatherless kids. Amen.

A good mentor can absolutely change the life of a child. I appreciate so very much that Father God provided one for Levi—my grandson whom I adopted. Levi is 13 years old now, and Darrin has been in the role as his dad since I brought Levi home.

I know many of you know this already, but I pray that it still encourages you on how much God cares for us. Darrin has not only been a good father to Levi, but he has also been an amazing son to me. Praise God.

Levi just ended his school year. He goes to a hybrid Christian school—two and a half days at school and the rest is schoolwork at home. Darrin helps him with his schoolwork, and we both make sure he has what he needs.

Levi received two awards this year. One award was for the character trait forgiveness. That one meant a lot to me because Levi was hurt at his previous school. However, at this school, they have embraced him, and his growth in God has soared. I’m smiling and praising God! Levi brought all of his grades up and has made some wonderful friends. Amen. So many of you have prayed for us, and I thank you!

God bless all of you wonderful fathers and all of you spiritual fathers. I pray our Heavenly Father will give you strength and wisdom, peace and love. Amen. Ephesians 1:3 says: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. God loves you, and I believe He is pleased when you raise or mentor a child to grow in the image of our Lord Jesus.
