Jesus Wants You to Succeed

Dear Friend,

It has been said that 2015 is our year of power, where God will be able to move and flow through us as He has desired all along. Amen! I believe this with my whole heart. I also believe more preparation is necessary within the Body before He comes back.

I’ve asked the Lord to show me the things I need to change in my own life in order to have more time to spend with Him. It’s not always fun to judge ourselves in this way, but it’s much better if we do. God has to be able to trust us with a higher level of authority. He always has our best interest at heart, and that’s what we must have for other people.

Sadly, I’ve seen seasoned Christians think that the appearance of sin is okay—getting involved with men or women and letting them stay for several weeks alone with them in their home while they’re romantically involved and trying to convince people it’s of God. They state that they don’t care what people think, but in reality, God does.

Matthew 18:6 says, But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Jesus gives a very strong statement here. A millstone weighs about three quarters of a ton. So, you see, God takes very seriously the appearance of sin—which offends—and to say God ordains it is even worse.

Satan is roaming around, seeking for whom he can devour, just as First Peter 5:8 says: Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. With all that being said, I must warn you that witchcraft is running ramped. It’s at one of the highest levels I’ve ever seen.

Second Kings 9:22 says, And it came to pass, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said, Is it peace, Jehu? And he answered, What peace, so long as the whoredoms of thy mother Jezebel and her witchcrafts are so many? The “Jezebel spirit” covers many perversions. When Jezebel married Ahab, their marriage created an ungodly merger. You can’t mix perversion, witchcraft, strife, jealousy, unforgiveness, and gossip and expect to walk in the power of God.

My heart is for everyone to succeed in God because our Lord Jesus paid a price for us, but we need to honor that. I’ve been praying Psalm 51:5-13 lately because the Body has fallen short in some areas. Thank You, Father, for being so merciful, sending us Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

Psalm 51:5-12 says:

Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.

Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom.

Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.

Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.

Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.

Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.

When we’ve made our heart right before God, when we call sin, sin, and ask Him to help us remove it from our lives, then we can do verse 13: Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.

Never forget how much Jesus loves you and wants you to succeed. Let Jesus be your Everything.

In His love,

Donner Roberson
